Cedar Valley Golf Course
Cedar Valley
St. John’s, Antigua
This course is located just a few minutes drive away from St.John’s, Antigua’s lively capital. It is the oldest Golf Course on the island of Antigua and Barbuda which at one time hosted the British ProAm with Pros such as David Russell, Brian Hutchinson and Malcolm Gregson just to name a few. Cedar Valley Golf Club has been host to the Eastern Caribbean Golf Championship. Additionally the annual Antigua Open is played on it, which takes place in October and draws the Caribbean top professional golfers. Cedar Valley fairways are composed of the native grass, Antigen Hay. The front nine holes are a bit rocky and rough on the edges, with some frustrating uphill tee shots. The first few greens are particularly tight and narrow; many golfers find this a good place to take a mulligan or two! Golf clubs and carts are available for rental and professional lessons can be arranged.
Par 70, 6,157 Yards.
